Born in former Czechoslovakia, Marcela grew up in the heart of Moravian Tuscany, a region where winemaking is not just a trade but a legacy passed down through generations. However, during her early years, traveling beyond the Iron Curtain was nearly impossible leaving her with a deep yearning to explore the world and share her homeland's rich traditions with others.

When the communist regime fell, new possibilities emerged. Marcela seized the opportunity to study abroad, which led her to Austria, Spain and eventually the United States, where she became an international marketing director.

Throughout her career, she has led high-profile projects, managed global marketing initiatives, and organized championship level international events. Her expertise in branding, storytelling, and market expansion made her an indispensable force in the business world.

Yet, her deepest passion remained rooted in her homeland its winemaking traditions, history, and culture. She dreamed of bringing the hidden gem of Moravian wines to the international stage.
